Prior to that she worked in the automotive industry with AM/NS Calvert, formally ThyssenKrupp Steel USA, in the role of Product Coordination Specialist. Currently, she is responsible for assisting the development and implementation of programs designed to promote increasing utilization of all Small Business suppliers. Megan has focused her efforts on process improvement and optimization, bringing her former supply chain experience and drive for continuous improvement. In addition to her duties with the Harris Small Business Office, she supports L3Harris New College Graduate Recruiting efforts at Florida State University.
