- The team completes the assessment.
- The Florida SBDC at USF consultant conducts individual assessment debriefs with the business owner and key members of his/her team.
- The Florida SBDC at USF provides a team debrief.
- The Florida SBDC at USF will work with the business owner/CEO to develop an implementation plan and ongoing support.
