Moriah Fobbs is a government contracting consultant at the Florida APEX Accelerator at USF. Fobbs is a Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) Professional and was previously a warranted Contracting Officer for the Department of Interior, awarding contracts for supplies, services, and construction. She has also previously received awards for excellence in customer service at the Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, and as the Contracting Intern of the Year for the United States Air Force Civil Service. Fobbs holds an MBA from Columbia Southern University.
