Jenée Skipper has been a dedicated member of the Florida SBDC at Pinellas County Economic Development since October 2013. Skipper is a Florida Certified Workforce Professional, SHRM-Certified Professional. Her professional journey includes significant contributions as a job developer, recruiter, and human resources representative, focusing on staff training, development, project management, and business processes.
Before joining the Florida SBDC Network, she worked with a global technology consulting firm and served with the local workforce board. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies from Eckerd College and has been recognized with awards such as Leadership St. Petersburg (2004), Excellence in Organizational Studies (2006), and Job Development and Career Empowerment (2012).
